Shipping & Fulfillment Policy

 

All items are fulfilled and shipped from several US warehouses across the country.
 

Order preparation time SLA is 2 business days after the order payment cleared.
 

We utilize several transporting services such as USPS, DHL, UPS and other to optimize delivery performance.
 

All orders shipped with standard shipping and tracking numbers with average for the lower 48 states of business 3 days.

Please note that Carolinamilano’s fulfilment WH working time are affected by Holidays like Bank holiday, Labor Day and similar, and thus might increase the delivery time due to holidays time and large volume for the delivery in these times.

Delivery may be delayed due to force majeure events such as natural disasters, bad weather and any other events beyond our direct control, such as public holidays and customs issues (if shipped not to USA).
